Additional Home Inspection Services

Pre-Listing Inspection
We offer this inspection service to clients who wish to have a home inspected before listing it for sale. We’ll uncover the condition of the home’s readily accessible structural components and installed mechanical systems, giving you the knowledge you need in order to make repairs and other modifications that could improve the property value.

Sewer Main Camera Inspection
We live in the desert where trees, shrubs, and plant roots will use a home’s sewer line as an eternal spring of water. These roots wrap around a home’s sewer line cracking it in the search for water and obstruct the flow of sewage. A sewer line repair can potentially cost you tens of thousands of dollars. We can inspect your sewer line before it’s too late.

11th Month Warranty Inspection
This inspection service needs to be performed before your new home’s warranty expires, usually within one year of ownership. We’ll comprehensively evaluate the readily accessible areas of the property, providing you with a detailed report of any deficiencies we come across. If repairs or improvements are recommended, you can use this information to see if the home’s warranty will cover certain costs.

Home Maintenance Inspection
To help you out with the regular maintenance of your home, we recommend bringing us in to perform this inspection service once a year. We’ll inspect the entire home, informing you about existing maintenance issues and providing guidance on how to best implement recommended improvements.

4 Point Inspection
To secure homeowner’s insurance, you may have to show proof that this inspection service revealed the home to be in good condition. A 4 Point Inspection will determine the condition of four critical systems—the home’s roofing system, plumbing system, electrical system, and HVAC system.

Re-inspections
This inspection service can give you a substantial boost in confidence before closing on a home. After the seller has confirmed that repairs have been made to components we found to be defective in our Buyer’s Inspection, we’ll return to the property to carefully evaluate the quality of the improvements. We’ll then report on our findings, letting you know if any more work needs to be done before the home can be considered in good condition.
